Tutor Agreement

This Tutor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Master Junction ("Company") and you ("Tutor"). By registering as a Tutor, you agree to the following terms compliant with the laws of Nepal.

1. Tutor Obligations

• You agree to provide high-quality educational content and instruction.
• You affirm that you have the necessary qualifications and rights to teach the subject matter.
• You warrant that your content does not infringe on any third-party copyright or intellectual property rights.

2. Revenue Share & Payments

• The Company shall pay the Tutor a revenue share as agreed upon in the platform settings (Default: 40% to Tutor, 40% to Platform and 20% to Affiliate partners).
• Payments are calculated based on net revenue (gross sales minus taxes, refunds, and gateway fees).
• Payouts are processed monthly or upon request, subject to a minimum threshold of NPR 5,000.
• Applicable TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) will be deducted as per the Income Tax Act of Nepal.

3. Content Ownership & License

• You retain ownership of the content you create.
• You grant Master Junction a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform and marketing.

4. Student Relationship

Tutors shall maintain professionalism at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior towards students is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

5. Termination

Master Junction reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in illegal activity, or if your content quality falls below our standards.

6. Independent Contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of Master Junction. You are responsible for your own taxes and benefits.

7. Governing Law

This usage policy is governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Kathmandu courts.
