Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Master Junction Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, governed by the laws of Nepal.

1. Program Participation

Enrollment in the Affiliate Program is free and subject to approval by Master Junction ("Company"). We reserve the right to reject or revoke membership at any time if we determine your site or activities are unsuitable.

2. Referral Links & Commissions

  • You will be issued a unique referral link/code.
  • Commissions are earned only on successful purchases made via your link.
  • The standard commission rate is 20% on the paid amount (excluding taxes/refunds).
  • Self-referrals (buying for yourself using your own link) are strictly prohibited and will not generate commission.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payouts can be requested once your accrued earnings reach NPR 2,000.
  • Payments are processed via Bank Transfer, eSewa, or Khalti.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Master Junction is not liable for lost payments due to incorrect details.
  • All payouts are subject to applicable taxes (TDS) as per the Income Tax Act of Nepal.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use spam, unsolicited email, or other illegal means to promote links.
  • Misrepresent Master Junction or make false claims about our courses.
  • Bid on "Master Junction" keywords in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, etc.) without permission.
  • Post links on sites promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities.

5. Term & Termination

This agreement begins upon your acceptance and ends when terminated by either party. Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Master Junction will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, database loss, or any other cause.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
